Anticipated Head Varsity Boys Volleyball Coach - reopened

About the role

This is a part-year, non-contracted, extra-duty position for the 2026-2027 season at Thomas Jefferson High School.

Responsibilities

• Directs the boys' volleyball program
• Develops and implements coaching strategies
• Maintains team morale and discipline
• Coordinates with other coaches and staff
• Manages team travel and scheduling

Requirements

• Experience as a head volleyball coach or a minimum of 3 years as a varsity assistant coach at the high school level

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and community members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
