  • Performing flow cytometry-based cell binding assays and MSD-Based protein assays
  • Maintain cell in culture, and execute cell assays in BSL-2 conditions
  • Interpreting assay datasets to support hit identification
  • Identifying, qualifying, and documenting appropriate reagents and assay conditions to support robust hit identification.
  • Developing sensitive protein and cell binding assays for a variety of targets.
  • Review and interpret antibody and reagent quality control (QC) data. This includes assessing reagent suitability for assays and reporting quality issues.
  • Ensuring all assay results are captured within end-to-end (E2E) data systems, enabling transparency, traceability, and accessibility for stakeholders
