See for yourself what our past and present interns are up to @urbncareers! The URBN 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/7 through 8/13 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. Summer Internship Program Application Process Apply to one (1) internship posting that best aligns with your interests and skills. If there is a project component included in the application (see role qualifications below), it is required and must be submitted at the time of application to be considered for the position. Complete a Video Interview: Candidates selected to move forward will receive an email with a link to complete a video interview. Once the email is received, candidates will have two (2) days to complete this portion of the application. Interviews with our internal teams will be scheduled on a rolling basis. Role Responsibilities Turnover Ensure all (Holiday – “Trim”) samples for web are correctly labeled and passed to the Studio in a timely mannerAccurately checks in and tracks samples in MTS through scanning and reportingProvides accurate product counts by category to Studio Operations and Stills Styling + Photography Teams in order to efficiently schedule each week’s workflowCommunicate any sample issues with Buying teams prior to photography Samples Creates and maintains a check-in / check-out process for (Holiday – “Trim”) samples flowing in and out of the Studio outside of Turnover processEnsure organization is maintained between buildings pre and post photographyMonitors sample return process with Buying teamsMaintains product flow from creative and ecommerce sets to ensure product is shot and ready to activate by deadlinesAssist Styling team with any sample related questions and needsBe the liaison between Studio + Building managers for sample storage after Photography process Project Requirement In addition to your application and resume, to be considered for this role please submit a Concept Campaign Board (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred) Once you complete your project, please upload it, along with your portfolio, to the additional documents section in the application process. Create a concept board for a Fall 2027 Anthropologie Campaign. Please include imagery you think best represents the Anthro brand, including product and art direction inspiration. Pull imagery from Streetwear, Pinterest, Social, runway, etc. to show your point of view. We are looking for forward thinkers showing future inspirational trends that move beyond where we are currently or where we have been, so show us fun trends we should have in our assortment! Our team is inspired by story telling so please make this as visually creative and compelling as you want! This is the creative part of the application- so have fun with it!
