Anthropologie is looking for a On Model Studio Intern to join our team for the summer. We’re looking for someone with a strong creative point of view, a passion for fashion, photography, and visual storytelling, and a curiosity about what’s happening now and what’s coming next. This role will work alongside our studio creative team, bringing fresh ideas, inspiration, and energy while gaining hands-on experience across fashion photography, styling, and creative production. Summer Internship Program Application Process Apply to one (1) internship posting that best aligns with your interests and skills. If there is a project component included in the application (see role qualifications below), it is required and must be submitted at the time of application to be considered for the position. Complete a Video Interview: Candidates selected to move forward will receive an email with a link to complete a video interview. Once the email is received, candidates will have two (2) days to complete this portion of the application. Interviews with our internal teams will be scheduled on a rolling basis. Studio Support Role Responsibilities assisting with day-to-day production needs, organizing supplies and equipment, moving clothing racks and product, preparing the studio for shoots, and helping keep the creative process running smoothly. Lo-fi Content Creation helping concept and create quick, authentic photo and video content with a social-first perspective, experimenting with new ways to capture product, styling, and behind-the-scenes studio moments. AI & Emerging Creative Technology exploring new AI tools and creative technologies and identifying interesting ways they could support ideation, experimentation, and the creative process. Fashion & Trend Researcn staying connected to what’s happening across fashion, social, editorial, photography, and culture and sharing relevant inspiration with the team Moodboards & Visual Research building thoughtful, visually compelling moodboards around seasonal ideas, current trends, styling, casting, photography, and creative references. Creative Research & Ideation researching fashion, photography, art, culture, and emerging visual trends to inspire studio concepts and creative direction. Photography & Studio Support working alongside photographers, art directors, stylists, and other studio creatives to support shoots and help bring ideas from concept through execution. Styling Support partnering with the styling team on research, preparation, and on-set needs, including organizing and steaming clothing, preparing looks, and assisting with racks and product. Role Qualifications We’re looking for someone who is highly visual, fashion-focused, curious, collaborative, and eager to contribute ideas. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling and is constantly looking at imagery, fashion, photography, culture, and emerging creative tools. They should be equally excited to share a new idea or reference as they are to jump in and help wherever needed to bring the work to life. This is a hands-on studio role and will include physical tasks such as moving clothing racks and supplies, steaming and organizing garments, and assisting with shoot setup and breakdown. Project Requirement In addition to your application and resume, to be considered for this role please submit a Concept Campaign Board (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred) Once you complete your project, please upload it, along with your portfolio, to the additional documents section in the application process. Create a concept board for a Fall 2027 Anthropologie Campaign. Please include models you think best represent the Anthro brand, including casting decisions, shoot locations, art direction inspiration, and styled looks. Pull imagery from Streetwear, Pinterest, Social, runway, etc. to show your point of view.
