Anthropologie is looking for Digital Merchandising Interns to join us for the Summer. Our Digital Merchandising interns are a creative and dynamic team player. Opportunities in this area will help champion our brand through blending digital strategy, storytelling, and site maintenance to ensure products are visually compelling and easy to find. About The Summer Internship Program Each summer, URBN Inc. welcomes candidates from across the country to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in the area of business they choose to pursue. Our paid internship program also offers a summer full of intern-focused events, including exposure to senior leadership through small-group settings, insight into company initiatives, off-site field trips, and, for those who qualify, the opportunity to interview for a full-time position. See for yourself what our past and present interns are up to @urbncareers! The URBN 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/7 through 8/13 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. Summer Internship Program Application Process Apply to one (1) internship posting that best aligns with your interests and skills. If there is a project component included in the application (see role qualifications below), it is required and must be submitted at the time of application to be considered for the position. Complete a Video Interview: Candidates selected to move forward will receive an email with a link to complete a video interview. Once the email is received, candidates will have two (2) days to complete this portion of the application. Interviews with our internal teams will be scheduled on a rolling basis. Role Responsibilities Supports and manage daily product activations, web turnovers, and digital product information tracking. Receive, track, ship, and organize photo and marketing samples for web shoots and internal meetings. Reconcile weekly product attributes, update data systems (like TXT or Tradestone), and help pull picture packs. Partner daily with buying, photo studio, and marketing operations to ensure smooth product launches. Prepare weekly reports, samples, and color/velocity documentation for team meetings. Role Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, strong organizational capabilities, and sharp attention to detail.A foundational understanding of retail math and a strong sense of the Anthropologie brand aesthetic.Innovative and excited to bring ideas to the table.Self-motivated and proficient at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Project Requirement In addition to your application and resume, to be considered for this role you must submit a Concept Board (8.5 X 11 PDF format is preferred). Create a concept board with 3 – 5 fashion trends you see emerging for the Anthropologie customer in Fall 2027.Pull imagery from blogs, Pinterest, Instagram, runway, etc. to show your point of view – merchandisers, make it into a story!We are looking for forward thinkers showing future inspirational trends that move beyond where we are currently or where we have been!
