Anthropic Alliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
• Maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for solution development
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and deliver multi-competency programs that address client needs
• Utilizing market research and digital marketing techniques to engage clients and promote the firm's services
• Leading the development of business plans focused on market penetration and revenue growth
• Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and deliver on client expectations
• Analyzing and identifying linkages within systems to improve strategic planning and execution
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage team adoption of new tools and practices

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience in Partner & Alliances Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.

You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths to meet client expectations. With your growing knowledge of business operations, you will identify opportunities that contribute to the firm's success.
