Essential Functions

• Process parts in tanks according to specifications, work order and other requirements
• Calculate the appropriate amount of time needed to process parts
• Remove parts from tank after specified time, rinse parts and immerse them in bath before finishing processing
• Completes paperwork as required by company and processing guidelines
• Oversee and assist all line assistants to optimize throughput
• Evaluate and log all preventative maintenance on processing line
• Ensure all hazardous waste material is disposed of correctly

Skills & Abilities

• Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• Experience: 1 plus years of experience in chemical processing
• Physical Demands: Lift/Carry 10 lbs or less (F), 11-20 lbs (F), 21-50 lbs (F), 51-100 lbs (O), Over 100 lbs (N), Push/Pull 12 lbs or less (F)
• Work Environment: Shop conditions, can be in excess of 100 degrees Fahrenheit
