MZ Anodizer

Responsibilities

• Process material through the anodize line using overhead cranes with minimal supervision.
• Ensure ongoing line efficiency by timing customer loads to maximize process tank usage.
• Operate all tank procedures proficiently, including managing process tank temperatures and following running charts for #1 and #2 anodize tanks.
• Adhere to special running instructions, proper rinse procedures, seal times, and tanks for different finishes.
• Maintain required paperwork and process logs.
• Clean anodize and etch tanks as scheduled.
• Ensure proper care, safe use, and maintenance of all tools, equipment, and materials.
• Report unsafe conditions or equipment to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform additional department functions such as racking, un-racking, and oven operation.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations outlined in company policies.
