About the role
The Annuity Suitability Review Consultant at Revol One Financial will lead the Suitability process, serving as the primary point of contact for Agents and clients. This role requires collaboration among team members in a small team environment, fostering a culture of excellence and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Suitability process, including the development, implementation of rules and AI, and enhancement of procedures, reporting mechanisms, and communication strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Agents and clients, promptly addressing inquiries and requests through various channels such as calls, emails, and chats, while demonstrating leadership qualities in communication and problem-solving.
- Cultivate an exceptional agent experience through effective communication, empathy, and a proactive approach, providing mentorship and guidance to new team members as the department expands.
- Develop expertise in our cutting-edge technology platforms to deliver unparalleled technology support to our customers, demonstrating our platform capabilities effectively, and providing training to colleagues as needed to ensure widespread proficiency.
- Collaborate in the design, testing, and refinement of our technology solutions to ensure they meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders, leveraging leadership skills to facilitate cross-functional teamwork and innovation.
- Execute transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining operational excellence and adherence to established timelines, while also training others on transactional processes to build a capable and cohesive team.
- Apply sound judgment in decision-making processes to uphold a positive customer experience while mitigating risks to Revol One and our clients, providing guidance and training to team members to develop their own decision-making skills.
- Demonstrate a keen awareness of compliance requirements, ensuring that all actions prioritize customer safety and regulatory adherence, and provide ongoing training to ensure all team members are well-versed in compliance protocols.
- Meet productivity and efficiency metrics and goals while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement, leading by example and providing training and support to enable others to achieve success in their roles.
- Undertake additional cross-functional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization, and providing training and guidance to colleagues as needed to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or High School equivalent plus significant Annuity Suitability experience
- Advanced knowledge in annuity operations and the insurance industry
- Strong orientation to teamwork and partnering, internally and externally
- Ability to manage/execute multiple tasks/workstreams simultaneously, work under pressure, and remain focused in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Ability to grasp complex concepts and apply them
- Experience delivering high-quality outputs and customer experiences
- Sound judgment, financial acumen, high attention to detail
- Innovative thinking, strong people skills, relationship building
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
