Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of Global Atlantic to IMO partners and their sales forces, delivering strategies and solutions that drive business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong, productive, and profitable relationships with assigned IMO distribution partners to capture market share and exceed sales goals in the annuity channel.
- Manage client relationships primarily through face-to-face engagement, supplemented by telephone and email communications, ensuring consistent presence and accessibility.
- Represent Global Atlantic's strategies, products, and solutions to IMO leadership and their sales forces (marketers), positioning our value proposition effectively in competitive situations.
- Deliver presentations and communicate the Global Atlantic story with clarity, consistency, and impact to diverse audiences including IMO executives, sales leaders, and field marketers.
- Execute account-based business strategies in partnership with National Accounts leadership, ensuring alignment between corporate objectives and field execution.
- Maintain deep understanding of the competitive landscape within the insurance industry, using market intelligence to inform strategy and positioning.
- Explain features, benefits, and advantages of Global Atlantic products to clients with precision and persuasive impact.
Operational Excellence & Accountability
- Utilize deliberate scheduling and calendar management to maximize client time and ensure activities correspond to territory priorities.
- Manage Salesforce account information and content for all assigned accounts, maintaining data integrity and documentation standards.
- Take personal accountability for the execution of goals and objectives, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Manage individual expenses and budget in accordance with company guidelines.
Key Competencies & Qualifications
- Experience & Background: 7+ years of sales experience in the annuity and life insurance industry, preferably in the IMO annuity channel. Demonstrated success in wholesaling and relationship management with proven ability to drive and increase sales.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills with the ability to deliver information articulately and consistently to external stakeholders.
- Strong relationship management capabilities, including the ability to build trust, navigate complex organizational structures, and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinking and execution orientation, balancing long-term relationship development with short-term sales objectives.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across internal teams and leverage resources to serve clients.
- Willingness to quickly learn product lines, procedures, and workflows in a dynamic business environment.
- Proficiency in expense management, negotiation, and professional communication.
- Licensing & Travel: Series 7, 63, and Life & Health licenses (or ability to obtain quickly). Significant travel required – successful candidates may work remotely but must be willing to travel extensively to meet client needs and territory demands.

Pay
The base salary for this position is $75,000 plus monthly variable incentive compensation.
