About the role
Our Annuity Operations Department processes new annuity business for our advisors. The team ensures applications are processed promptly and maintains ongoing communication with transfer companies and advisors.
Responsibilities
- Calls and sends email to follow up on pending applications
- Records status of pending applications in internal tracking system
- Communicates with transfer companies to confirm funds are moving
- Corresponds with advisors and their office staff on the status of pending business
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills
- Confident, professional, and articulate communication
- Detail-oriented and focused on quality work
- PC proficiency and ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
- Prior experience in financial services industry is a plus
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
