Animal Hospital Shift Lead- Beardsley

Lovet Pet Health is seeking an Animal Hospital Shift Lead to join our team! This position involves learning and applying leadership and management training skills regarding employee relations, client relations and daily hospital operations. Directly involved in training staff on procedures. Hospital Shift Leads will take on duties of the Hospital Manager when the Manager is not at the hospital. Administrative duties such as ordering supplies, staff evaluations, and various hospital audits may apply to this role.
