About the role

The Animal Clinic Practice Manager oversees all aspects of the clinic’s operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. This includes managing staff, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with veterinary standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high patient satisfaction.
• Manage staff schedules and training programs to maintain a competent and motivated team.
• Ensure compliance with all veterinary regulations and clinic policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic efficiency and patient care.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in veterinary practice management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of veterinary practices and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
