Anesthesiology Medical Director Physician

HCA Florida Trinity Hospital is seeking a Full-time Medical Director of Anesthesiology in Trinity, FL. The program is experiencing growth and offers a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assure the highest standards of healthcare delivery and outcomes
• Monitor efficiencies and quality metrics
• Work collaboratively with the Operations team, Hospital Administration, and APP leadership
• Represent the Anesthesia department as a true partner within the organization

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience required
• Staffing model of 8 Anesthesiologists and 21 AAs covering 15 Sites of service
• Medical Direction of CAA's and CRNA's
• Diverse mix of cases including General Surgery, Ortho, Endo, GYN, Vascular, OB, and EP, Spine, etc.
• No Trauma. No Cardiac. Average work week is 40-50 hours plus in-house overnight call 1:8, 3p - 7a. Post call day off.
• Dedicated APP stays In-house and covers OB, Monday- Sunday, 8p-8a. 3 person team on a 3 week rotation

Qualifications
