Responsibilities and Facility Details

• Physician-led organization with exceptional culture and collegiality
• 75% general anesthesia practice, 25% cardiac (100 hearts/year with mentorship available)
• Post-call day off
• Work with independent CRNAs in a 5 MD / 8 CRNA model
• Autonomy to perform your own cases; CRNA supervision not required
• Ultra-modern hospital with all new equipment, 7 operating rooms, and Level 3 Trauma designation

Qualifications and Skills

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Experience with general anesthesia and cardiac cases
• Strong teamwork skills; culture and fit are key
