About the role

Northeastern Kentucky employed practice seeks a BC/BE Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their team. The Cardiac Anesthesiologist would also perform anesthesia for Cath Lab cases including Electrophysiology and Structural Heart. The department performs nearly 500 cardiac surgical cases per year, plus thoracic and vascular cases.

Responsibilities

• Join two other full-time Cardiac Anesthesiologists and a team of five cardiac-dedicated CRNAs
• OR work is mostly supervision
• Perform anesthesia for Cath Lab cases including Electrophysiology and Structural Heart

Requirements

• BC/BE in Cardiac Anesthesiology
• Advanced TEE certification required
• Fellowship in Cardiac Anesthesiology

Schedule

• Call 1:3

Pay

• Starting base salary: $725,000 plus $1,800 per call shift
