Role: Anesthesiologist providing locum tenens support to meet current staffing needs. Responsibilities: Perform anesthesia services mainly for adult and geriatric patients, with occasional pediatric cases. Cover call shifts Monday to Friday, plus weekend call from Saturday 7a to Monday 7a. Utilize the EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Qualifications: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Anesthesiology. Must hold Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications. License required or accepted IMLC license in Maine. Key Duties: Provide anesthesia care in a facility with multiple operating rooms, ensuring patient safety and compliance with medical standards.
