About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert pain management services to patients in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Collaborate with orthopaedic surgeons, mid-level providers, and physical therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Perform procedures at TOPS Surgical Specialty Hospital and MOB settings in Tomball and The Woodlands
  • Advocate for patient needs and ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities to maintain and enhance professional skills

Requirements

  • Anesthesia residency training required
  • Pain Management fellowship required
  • Board certified or board eligible in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management through the ABPM
  • Eligible to obtain Texas state licensure

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Current license to practice medicine in the state of Texas

Skills

  • Strong clinical skills in pain management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
