About the role
Spectrum Healthcare Partner’s Coastal Anesthesiology Division is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Anesthesiologist to join an established group of 25 anesthesiologists. The position provides coverage to community hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) in greater Portland, Maine. Regional Fellowship or strong regional skills are preferred.
This full-time role is based in Biddeford, Maine, covering a 150-bed community hospital and affiliated surgery center, with approximately 40% of clinical days at ASCs in the Greater Portland Area. Home-call option is available based on proximity.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services at community hospitals and ASCs in the Greater Portland and Biddeford areas.

- Generous compensation package with projected total compensation for 2025: $575k+ ($535k W2, $40k 401k match and profit-sharing).
- Salary range: $510,000–$565,000.
