About the role

Join a physician‑led, not‑for‑profit health system in Scranton, Pennsylvania, as a General Anesthesiologist. You will work alongside 16 anesthesiologists and 45 CRNAs at a Level II Trauma Center with 14 operating rooms, averaging approximately 800 cases per month. The role includes opportunities to teach anesthesia residents and pursue research. The position is available to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care at a Level II Trauma Center with 14 operating rooms.
• Support about 800 operating room cases each month.
• Teach and mentor anesthesia residents, with research options available if interested.
• Collaborate with a team of 16 anesthesiologists and 45 CRNAs.
• Participate in in‑house call: 1–2 weekdays per month and one weekend every 4–6 weeks, followed by a post‑call day off.
• Work a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) General Anesthesiologist.
• Eligible for H‑1B visa sponsorship (if applicable).

Pay
