About the role
At Sound, we deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care across a wide range of surgical specialties. Our teams, comprised of board-certified anesthesiologists and certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs), follow evidence-based protocols focused on relieving pain, accelerating recovery, and optimizing outcomes throughout the perioperative experience.
Responsibilities
- National ambassadors have the dual responsibilities of directing and overseeing the anesthesiologist team’s performance and managing our hospital partner and stakeholder relationships and expectations.
- This individual will offer administrative support, drawing on their managerial and leadership skills while aligning with Sound Physician’s values personally and professionally.
Requirements
- Candidates must be Board Certified in Anesthesiology to ensure the highest level of expertise and clinical competence.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in anesthesiology is required for this role.
- Sound’s licensing team will assist in obtaining any necessary state licenses to work at our hospital partner locations, and we will cover the associated costs.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Sound pays for our national ambassador physicians’ airfare and lodging.
