Android App Developer (Front End) (contract)
Location: San Leandro, CA • Duration: 12 months • Work engagement: W2 • Work schedule: 3 days in office / 2 days remote
About the role
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale or longer-term challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented considerations. You will contribute to resolving complex situations with a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. You will strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel as part of a Scrum team consisting of front-end and back-end developers working on Wells Fargo retail applications.

- Resolve complex situations requiring understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel and development teams
Requirements
- Authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. (visa sponsorship not available)
- 5+ years of software development experience
- 4+ years of Android development in a team or corporate/enterprise environment
- 3+ years of Kotlin development
- Experience with Reactive Programming, coroutines, and Dependency Injection (Dagger)
- FinTech or banking experience (preferred but not required)
