About the role
This position is within Merchant & Gould’s Chemical & Life Sciences practice group and can be located in any of our offices.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and prosecuting patent applications for small molecule pharmaceutical products.
- Assisting in or drafting legal opinions related to patent matters.
- Requires a chemistry undergraduate degree, with a PhD in organic chemistry being strongly preferred.
Requirements
- Pre-2020 law school graduate.
- At least 5 years of small molecule pharmaceutical product experience.
- Must have a chemistry undergraduate degree.
- A PhD in organic chemistry is strongly preferred.
