About the role

KSNV is seeking a dynamic news leader to take the station to the next level. The position is titled "anchor," but the ideal candidate will be more comfortable in the field than behind a desk. Reporting is a must and will be a regular expectation.

Responsibilities

• Understand that content is key to driving viewer relationships
• Cultivate digital and social content daily to engage and recruit an audience
• Connect with the community on all platforms
• Embrace the changing, dynamic nature of Las Vegas and commit to covering its growth

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least five years of on-air experience
• Livestreaming commercial television experience required
• Strong "in-the-field and live" skills
• Exceptional written communications skills, including a conversational writing style
• Proven ethical foundation and strong editorial judgment

Skills

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a smooth and pleasant delivery, strong writing and news judgment, sharp video shooting and editing skills, and exemplary communication skills.
