About the role

The Department of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine at the Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking qualified candidates to join the faculty for subspecialized academic anatomic pathology service at our Froedtert Hospital location in Milwaukee.

Responsibilities

  • Provide services at our Froedtert Hospital location.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and surgeons.
  • Participate in the education, training, and development of residents, fellows, medical students, and observers.
  • Develop a successful academic career with financial and technical support.
  • Collaborate with basic science departments and clinical and translational investigators.
  • Opportunities for leadership roles.

Requirements

  • Qualify for an appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor of Pathology or higher.
  • Be Board Certified in, or eligible for certification in Anatomic Pathology or both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
  • Have completed fellowship training in a surgical pathology subspecialty or cytopathology.
  • Be qualified for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Wisconsin.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must qualify for an appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor of Pathology or higher.
  • Be Board Certified in, or eligible for certification in Anatomic Pathology or both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology.
  • Have completed fellowship training in a surgical pathology subspecialty or cytopathology.
  • Be qualified for an unrestricted medical license in the State of Wisconsin.
