About the role

OSA, z.s. is expanding its cybersecurity team and is looking for a new member at the junior to mid-senior level. If you have experience or just basic knowledge, enjoy cybersecurity, and want to learn and grow in this field, this offer will appeal to you.

What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate security events
• Participate in incident analysis
• Work with logs and security tools
• Assist with ISMS documentation and processes
• Support security projects and internal reporting
• Contribute to user education and awareness

What would be helpful

• Active interest in further education and following security trends
• Basic technical English
• Knowledge of modern cloud and security platforms
• Experience with SIEM systems, security event monitoring, DLP, data classification, or other security tools is an advantage
• Partial orientation in information security management principles, e.g. ISO 27001, NIS2, or ISMS
• Ability to work with logs, analyze outputs, and recognize basic security anomalies
• Previous experience with IT or cybersecurity – whether from a personal project, practice, or training – is an additional advantage

Your character

• You are thorough, analytical, and able to work independently
• You have an interest in cybersecurity and want to develop further in this field
• You are oriented in IT (networks, OS, cloud, security principles)
