Analytics Specialist

Viyahe is expanding its remote team with an Analytics Specialist working across technology-enabled travel booking, live-agent support, business travel, traveler service, software, data, and digital operations.

About the role

The Analytics Specialist will analyze business data and turn it into accurate reports, trends, and practical insights. This opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from approved spreadsheets, databases, reports, and business systems.
• Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and tracking files for key performance measures.
• Investigate unusual values, missing records, and data inconsistencies and document the resolution across travel technology and traveler support.
• Translate analysis into clear summaries that explain trends, changes, exceptions, and business impact for the Viyahe team.
• Maintain calculation logic, filters, metric definitions, and source notes so reporting remains reproducible while supporting travel technology and traveler support.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests while protecting confidential business and customer information.

Requirements

• Relevant analytical training or practical experience; analyst-level experience is preferred for associate roles.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and familiarity with SQL, BI, reporting, or visualization tools.
• Comfort working with large datasets and checking calculations, filters, joins, and source quality.
• Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$81,500 - $90,000 per year
