This role is critical in helping clients measure success and make data-driven decisions through robust analytics setups and insightful dashboards. Role OverviewSet up and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for accurate data collectionSet up and maintain additional advertising platforms and tracking pixels, including Meta, LinkedIn, and BingDesign and implement Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) dashboards that provide clear, actionable reportingAdvise clients on data strategy, compliance, and optimization opportunities that align with their business goals ResponsibilitiesConfigure and maintain Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for multiple client websites and campaignsDevelop and manage Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) dashboards to visualize KPIs and performance metricsImplement and maintain tracking pixels across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other advertising platformsParticipate in strategy sessions to understand client objectives and translate them into measurable analytics solutionsAudit existing tracking implementations and recommend enhancements to improve data accuracyImplement cookie consent solutions to ensure compliance with privacy regulationsDocument analytics configurations and implementation processes for client transparencyStay current with analytics trends, tools, and industry best practices to provide innovative client solutionsCollaborate with business analysts, developers, and other team members to ensure seamless implementation of tracking requirementsSupport reporting and analytics needs across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, and other marketing channels RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business/Marketing Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics/Finance, or a related field3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, including expertise with GA4Experience creating dashboards in Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) or similar business intelligence toolsExperience creating and maintaining tracking pixels in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Bing Ads Manager, and similar advertising platformsStrong understanding of data visualization principles and calculated metricsFamiliarity with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and other data manipulation tools preferredKnowledge of web content management systems and digital marketing platforms preferredExperience working in Agile project environments preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsExposure to additional analytics platforms such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, HubSpot, or Adobe Analytics preferredUnderstanding of data privacy regulations and compliance best practices Americaneagle.com provides its employees with an energetic work environment and opportunities to further develop their skills. Within this range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
