Analytics Product Manager

For our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, we are seeking an Analytics Product Manager to turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Analytics project intake and prioritization process
• Maintain and manage the department project portfolio and delivery pipeline
• Ensure all requests are properly documented, scoped, and aligned with business priorities
• Facilitate prioritization discussions with Analytics leadership
• Provide leadership with visibility into project status, risks, and delivery timelines
• Lead project kickoff meetings and requirements discussions
• Drive issue resolution and remove blockers impacting delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, product management, business analysis, or analytics operations
• Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in relationship-building, collaboration, and communication across all levels
• Experience facilitating discussions and meetings with technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to balance competing priorities and influence outcomes across teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project management tools

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
