Role Summary
Leads the development and delivery of advanced analytics that translate customer technology adoption and utilization data into actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and measurable business outcomes. Focuses on identifying how customers realize value from technology solutions, with deep analysis of outcomes related to safety, productivity, efficiency, and customer return on investment.
What You Will Do
- Provide KPI reporting on current performance versus ABP at overall and dealer level.
- Develop a transition plan to shift selected enterprise reporting activities to business partners while ensuring continuity and governance.
- Lead analytics that measure customer adoption and utilization of technology solutions, identifying trends, barriers, and opportunities to accelerate value realization.
- Develop actionable insights and strategic recommendations that connect customer behavior, machine performance, and technology usage to measurable business outcomes.
- Quantify customer outcomes related to safety, productivity, efficiency, and return on investment to demonstrate the value delivered by technology solutions.
- Partner with commercial, product, digital, and field teams to translate analytics into customer-facing narratives, adoption & utilization strategies, and value-based recommendations.
- Establish and communicate performance metrics, dashboards, and executive-level insights that guide decision-making.

- Work location: Peoria, IL preferred; Irving, TX will be considered
- Domestic relocation assistance is available

- Travel for this role is up to 20%
Summary Pay Range
$147,760.00 - $240,110.00
