Pay
The base salary for this position is $121,000 to $137,500 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

About the role
The Global Promise & Speed team is seeking a highly analytical, action-oriented, and collaborative Manager to help drive improvements across Wayfair’s delivery network. In this role, you will transform complex business challenges into actionable insights and data-driven solutions that influence key operational outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of analyst(s) to lead improvements in the speed of our large parcel network, both in North America and the UK.
- Leverage a deep understanding of Wayfair’s supply chain network to design new initiatives aimed at improving our speed and/or capabilities.
- Leverage critical thinking and data handling to examine and challenge existing practices, identify opportunities for improvement, and gain buy-in from stakeholders on proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Operations and Tech to support the rollout of new operational initiatives and/or tech capabilities.
- Build dashboards to translate large data sets into driving insights and action.
- Monitor KPIs and assess how we’re making progress against business objectives.
Requirements
- Master's and/or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or similar quantitative fields.
- Advanced experience with GBQ or SQL, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio (Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI).
- Strong communication, and proven ability to work with cross functional partners to advance projects or objectives.
- Experience in managing an analytical team to drive business outcomes.
- High attention to detail and thorough attention to data integrity to deliver trusted insights.
- Ability to navigate an environment of continuous improvement working through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Supply Chain and/or E-Commerce is a plus.

Skills

Benefits
Annual equity grants, subject to Board approval and company performance. Equity could range from $30,000 to $35,000, subject to final approval by the company’s Board of Directors. Equity awards are not guaranteed, and the value of any equity award at the time of grant may fluctuate based on the company’s stock price and the grant date valuation.
