Analytics Engineer

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Business Services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Design and manage scalable dbt data models in Snowflake as trusted data sources
• Architect data pipelines and transformation workflows with modern ELT practices
• Develop adaptable data assets that grow as the business expands
• Establish standards and governance frameworks for data modeling
• Collaborate with RevOps and Finance on core SaaS metrics operationalization
• Create foundational data systems for AI applications and workflows
• Ensure architecture meets evolving enterprise scalability and security requirements

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a similar role
• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of modern data modeling techniques
• Experience with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced AI-focused environment
• Systems-oriented mindset for scalability and extensibility
• Curiosity and problem-solving abilities for ambiguous challenges
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
