Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into scalable data models, technical specifications, and delivery plans
- Design and maintain modern data platforms (warehouse / lakehouse) using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks
- Develop and deliver Power BI dashboards and reports, including advanced calculations and visualizations
- Enable data-driven decisions by defining KPIs and delivering actionable insights
- Build and optimize data pipelines using SQL and Python for efficient data transformation
- Drive data quality, documentation, and continuous improvement of analytics platforms and processes
Requirements
- Strong expertise in SQL, including complex queries, performance tuning, and data optimization
- Proven experience with Python and Databricks for data engineering, transformation, and pipeline development
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI for building scalable analytics solutions and dashboards
- Solid understanding of data modeling techniques to translate business requirements into structured datasets
- Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to support data-driven decision-making
- Ability to work effectively in agile, cross-functional environments, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders
