Analytics Application Developer

Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare analytics software solutions for HIS products and clients.
- Collaborate with an agile team of engineers and developers to implement enterprise-scale applications and reporting solutions.
- Determine the design, coding, and delivery of Solventum HIS products and customer solutions.
- Support Solventum HIS product development for customers across the US and globally.
- Work closely with other teams to deliver data-driven products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, data science, or related field.
- One (1) year of experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools, preferably Amazon QuickSight, through academic projects, internships, or early professional work.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services such as S3, Athena, Redshift, or RDS, and their integration with BI tools for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong internship or co-op experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or dashboard development, demonstrating practical application of data storytelling.
- Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts, transforming raw data into meaningful insights.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in data development (e.g., Python).
Qualifications
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a passion for creating user-friendly dashboards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and research data and reporting issues.
- Experience with healthcare data and security concepts.
- Effective communication skills, interacting with diverse groups.
- Highly motivated and self-starter attitude.

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is $71,200 - $97,900, including base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. Specific compensation will vary based on factors including relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and experience.
Schedule
Remote work is available. Travel may include up to 5% domestically, and relocation assistance is not authorized.
