Responsibilities

  • Perform and support analytical method development, validation, qualification, and optimization activities for methods and equipment.
  • Conduct analytical testing to support product development, raw material qualification, and internal/external customer needs.
  • Support laboratory investigations, including QC and PTE investigations, and assist with troubleshooting analytical methods and equipment.
  • Execute QC testing and notebook lot testing as needed to support development and manufacturing activities.
  • Author and maintain technical documentation, including validation protocols, reports, summaries, and related records.
  • Apply GMP and USP principles while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and overall laboratory effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Foundational knowledge of Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
  • Knowledge of analytical laboratory techniques, instrumentation, and laboratory best practices.
  • Ability to analyze experimental data, apply basic mathematics, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong technical writing, documentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
  • Understanding of cGMP, GLP, and data integrity requirements.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • BS/ScB in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific discipline.
  • 2–4 years of relevant industry experience, depending on level and scope of responsibility.

Benefits

  • Annualized base salary range: $71,000 - $104,600
  • Bonus eligible

Pay

  • Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
