Analytical Development Scientist - Small Molecules

Job Description

Eurofins PSS is looking for an Analytical Development Scientist that will contribute as part of a small team of scientists towards the development/optimization and qualification/verification of analytical methods to support small molecule analytical development.

Qualifications

• Basic Minimum Qualifications: BS in chemistry, biology, pharmacy, engineering, or related pharmaceutical science with 2+ years relevant industry experience
• Working knowledge of analytical techniques with experience using multiple techniques (LC, GC, Dissolution, Karl Fisher, spectroscopic instruments, etc.) for small molecules
• Experience with HPLC/ UPLC supporting small molecule characterization is a must
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills - Able to troubleshoot critical issues or problems and determine causes and possible solutions using appropriate information

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with method development, optimization and validation for small molecules
• Experience supporting stability testing and/or formulation study testing for small molecules using analytical techniques

Additional Information

The position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with overtime as needed. Candidates living within a commutable distance of Cambridge, MA are encouraged to apply.

Compensation

$30.00-$44.00 per hour based on education and related experience.
