Overview The Analytical Chemist II supports oligonucleotide analysis and ensures analytical quality management using a variety of instruments such as LC-MS, HPLC/UPLC, Circular Dichroism, and UV-vis spectrophotometers. Responsibilities Perform stability evaluations, sample preparation, and develop standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and data integrity.Conduct instrumental analyses, troubleshoot equipment, and interpret experimental data.Collaborate with team members to understand analytical requirements for oligonucleotides and support laboratory research.Maintain detailed records, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance.Follow quality, health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring regulatory compliance. Skills & Qualifications Strong experience with analytical instruments like LC-MS, HPLC, and related chromatography techniques.Proficient in developing chromatographic methods, sample handling, and data analysis software.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication are essential.Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field with at least three years of relevant experience.Self-motivated, team-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
