About the role

The role involves evaluating adherence to Intelligence Community (IC) analytic standards in intelligence products, practices, and processes. It includes designing, testing, and administering surveys, collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data, and preparing tailored briefings to assess compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Recommend survey design, testing, and administration across multiple platforms.
  • Aid customers in selecting suitable survey tools on various platforms.
  • Provide expert support in methodological, technological, and ethical aspects of survey implementation.
  • Ensure accessibility and accuracy of surveys by resolving technical issues before launch.
  • Manage survey administration and monitor and resolve all technical issues, including accessibility problems, during the survey period.
  • Consolidate data and provide integrated data analysis of survey results.
  • Compile and organize element-specific free text responses and use AI/LLM tools to confirm human review of the comments.
  • Develop and present survey findings through appropriate visualization techniques.
  • Develop customized briefing materials and presentations for key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a BS degree or a Masters degree with 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience, or 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience with a Masters.
  • Experience providing advisement on intelligence products and processes is required.
  • Expertise in survey tools and software such as LimeSurvey.
  • Expertise with survey data analysis methodologies and tools (Tableau, Microsoft Excel, IBM SPSS), quantitative methods, and data visualization techniques.

Qualifications
