About the role

The Analytic Facilitator position at Offutt AFB supports the 55th Wing (55 WG) in delivering Mission Crew Training Simulator (MCTS) support to 55 WG personnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and deliver training materials focused on 55 WG operations
- Support the development and execution of MCTS scenario-based exercises to facilitate Combat Mission Ready (CMR) status of 55 WG personnel
- Collaborate with mission planners, intelligence analysts, and leadership to identify training needs and tailor instructional content accordingly
- Revise courseware as necessary to meet local standards or reflect changes in national priorities
- Update simulations as needed to integrate new requirements for Non-Kinetic Operations (NKO)
- Ensure training programs align with Air Force and ACC standards, policies, and objectives
- Travel required (Up to 10%)
Requirements
- Experience Level: Minimum of 16 years w/o a degree or 14 years with AS/AA or 12 years with BS/BA or 10 years with MS/MA or 8 years with Ph.D.
- Technical Expertise: - Proficiency with MCTS
- - Proficiency in Single/Multi-Discipline ISR Analysis, Multi-Int Fusion, and Analytical Tradecraft Support
- Skills: - Strong instructional and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and mentor diverse audiences
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for developing and delivering training materials
- - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Qualifications
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance is required with polygraph
- Experience supporting the 55 WG or similar military organizations
- Prior experience as an instructor or facilitator for 55 WG courses or similar training programs
- Prior experience mentoring or training junior instructors
