Analyst, Underwriter & Portfolio Manager
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove statements like "At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position." That's maybe not boilerplate but it's a requirement; it's substantive? It's about sponsorship; maybe keep? It's not a standard heading; we could fold into a paragraph under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include that as a paragraph. We need sections: About the role (maybe from first paragraph), Responsibilities (list of duties), Requirements (basic qualifications), Qualifications (preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe from "Ideal Candidate Is:" and "Basic Qualifications"? Actually "Ideal Candidate Is:" includes traits; could be Skills. Also "Preferred Qualifications" includes many specifics; could be Qualifications. We'll decide. We must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes salary ranges and mentions incentive compensation and benefits. So we have Pay (salary range) and Benefits (mention of comprehensive benefits). Schedule? Not mentioned. So we should not create Schedule section. We need to include Pay section with salary ranges per location. Also Benefits section with mention of benefits. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to preserve all substantive info: responsibilities list, ideal candidate traits, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, salary, benefits, sponsorship note, accommodation contact, etc. But we must remove boilerplate like EEO, drug-free workplace, criminal history, accommodation contact? Actually accommodation contact is substantive? It's about accommodation for disability; could be considered EEO/legal boilerplate. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. The accommodation request line is part of EEO? It says "If you have visited our website ... and you require an accommodation, please contact..." That's likely EEO-related. So we should remove that. Also remove lines about drug-free workplace, criminal history, etc. Also remove "Capital One does not provide, endorse nor guarantee..." etc. Also remove "Capital One Financial is made up..." etc. Also remove "No agencies please." That's maybe application instruction; remove. Also remove "This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days." That's application instruction; remove. We need to keep substantive info: role description, responsibilities, ideal candidate traits, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, salary, benefits, sponsorship note (maybe keep as it's a requirement). Also maybe note about incentive compensation. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics: e.g., "Property-Level Analysis: Perform comprehensive underwriting by analyzing property operating statements, rent rolls, lease abstracts, and pro forma projections for various asset types (Multifamily, Industrial, Retail, Office, etc.)" etc. We'll keep as list items. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So responsibilities list as ul. Ideal candidate traits maybe as ul? It's a list of traits; could be ul. Basic qualifications as ul? It's just one line: Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience; At least 2 years of experience... Could be ul. Preferred qualifications as ul with many items.
Skills section: maybe combine ideal candidate traits and some skills from preferred qualifications? But we already have Qualifications (preferred). Could treat "Ideal Candidate Is:" as Skills. We'll make a Skills section with those traits.
Benefits: mention "Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being." Also mention incentive compensation. We'll put that in Benefits.
Pay: salary ranges per location.
We must not include Schedule.
Now produce HTML fragment: start with maybe but not required. Just output headings and content.

Benefits
Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being.
We also need to include sponsorship note: "At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position." Where to put? Could be under Requirements or Qualifications as a note. Probably under Requirements as a minor metadata. We'll add aafter Requirements maybe. But we must not create extra sections unless needed. We can add a paragraph under Requirements: after the list, a
with that note. Also we need to preserve "No agencies please." That's application instruction; remove. We also need to preserve "This role is expected to accept applications for a minimum of 5 business days." Remove. Now check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO lines, drug-free workplace, criminal history, accommodation contact, third-party disclaimer, Capital One entities note, etc. Check if any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The initial description about role, responsibilities list, ideal candidate traits, basic qualifications, preferred qualifications, salary, benefits, incentive compensation, sponsorship note. Also note about "Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location..." we included. Also note about "Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked." That's substantive about part-time; we should include. It's under Pay section maybe. Add a
- about part-time proration.
Also note about "This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation..." we already have.
Also note about "Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive, and inclusive set of health, financial and other benefits that support your total well-being." we have.
Also note about "Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level." That's about benefits eligibility; we could include in Benefits section as a sentence.
We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we should include that sentence.
Add to Benefits
maybe two sentences. Now also note about "Learn more at the Capital One Careers website." That's maybe a link; but it's boilerplate? It's a reference; could be considered navigation? Might be considered application instruction? It
