About the role
The anticipated work schedule will include day shift hours, Monday-Friday, between 8am-5:00pm. Remote work opportunity is NOT available at this time.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize preference cards and monitor case time averages.
- Regularly review and update preference cards to ensure accuracy, alignment with physician needs, and consistency across cases.
- Helps to drive efficiency and reduce variability in the operating environment.
- Analyze data such as case time averages to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas where workflow adjustments can enhance productivity and throughput.
- Data-driven decision-making, improves scheduling accuracy, and ultimately contributes to delivering high-quality patient care while maximizing operational performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in Surgery Information Systems.
- Experience with Crystal Report Writer and SQL queries, and analyzes data using MS Excel - Pivot Tables.
- Demonstrated experience in effective decision and problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Required: Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in Surgery Information Systems.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Computer Science, Medical Information Systems, or Information Systems Management.
Skills
