Analyst, Surgical Services - Surgery Administration

About the role

The anticipated work schedule will include day shift hours, Monday-Friday, between 8am-5:00pm. Remote work opportunity is NOT available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize preference cards and monitor case time averages.
• Regularly review and update preference cards to ensure accuracy, alignment with physician needs, and consistency across cases.
• Analyze data such as case time averages to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas where workflow adjustments can enhance productivity and throughput.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in Surgery Information Systems.
• Experience with Crystal Report Writer and SQL queries, and analyzes data using MS Excel - Pivot Tables.
• Demonstrated experience in effective decision and problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Medical Information Systems, or Information Systems Management.
• Coursework/Training: Training in multiple language programming, Crystal Reports and other reporting tools.
• Experience in working with various computer operating systems, databases, websites, hardware and software programs.
• Experience with facilitating teams and staff training/education.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is $35.66 - $55.37 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
