Analyst, Supply Chain Programs
What You'll Do
Cook up commodity selection, sourcing execution, and cross-functional alignment to hit program targets and meet Supplier Engineering On-Board Dates (SEOBD).
Keep tabs on the Sourcing Tracker / SWT, keeping track of target-setting status and commodity waterfalls aligned to program requirements.
Make sure IPQ packages are completed on time with VHMs and coordinate SIR requirements to support sourcing activities.
Attend Sourcing PAT meetings with PD Program Management; share program status, risks, timing, and support needs across Supply Chain and Site STA.
Bring Supply Chain and Finance inputs to support program financial requirements, localization initiatives, and capital investment changes.
Represent Supply Chain in NML forums and establish purchasing resource priorities to support program deliverables and escalation needs.
Be the Supply Chain PoV owner for the program, crafting status reports and providing milestone inputs to GPDS Integrator, corporate BPR, and OESAR reviews.
You'll Have
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering)
- 5+ years of Supply Chain experience
- Strong data analytical skills; including analyzing supplier cost breakdowns and business case development
- System Expertise in Ariba, Sourcing Workplan Tool (SWT), PowerBI, Qliksense
- Process knowledge around end-to-end sourcing deliverables supporting program milestone progression
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines with high-quality work output
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong and concise communication skills enabling cross-functional understanding of Supply Chain business requirements

Salary Information
This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900.
This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

Location and Schedule
This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
