Supply Chain Program Analyst

Duration: 4-month temporary assignment, onsite in Silicon Valley, CA (workspace confirmed). Shift: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM PST, Monday–Friday.

About the role

The Supply Chain Program Analyst oversees all supply-chain activities for new luxury electric-vehicle programs and launches. You will support program management, develop and track KPIs, manage part availability for prototype builds, and lead formal reporting across Supply Chain functions.

Responsibilities

• Support program management activities for new vehicle programs and launches.
• Develop and track KPIs relating to sourcing, vendor tooling, part availability, industrialization, and launch.
• Manage part availability for all prototype build phases.
• Support new vehicle program launches, focusing on time, cost, and quality attributes.
• Lead formal reporting across all Supply Chain functions, providing analysis, coordination, and implementation.
• Work cross-functionally with direct procurement, engineering, central PMO, supplier quality, manufacturing, and logistics teams.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, supply chain, business, or finance discipline.
• Open-minded self-starter with the ability to adapt, improvise, and problem-solve while working independently on multiple tasks or projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; passion for results, strategy, and sense of ownership.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP systems (SAP or equivalent), Tableau, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to mitigate unforeseen problems creatively and effectively.

About the team

The Supply Chain Programs team manages sourcing, production, and delivery of materials and components for the company’s electric vehicles, ensuring part availability for prototypes and keeping new vehicle programs on time and on budget. The team supports project initiatives across all supply-chain functions, provides analysis, and leads formal reporting and recommendations.

This role is driven by an increase in supply-chain volume and a midsize launch. You will collaborate with sourcing suppliers, track data in the Pegasus system, support program managers with data entry, and participate in sourcing and review meetings. Daily interactions include the Program Manager, GSM, TPM, engineers, and finance. There is potential for extension and/or conversion.
