Pay
Full-time pay range: $78,210.00 – $114,648.00 per year.

Responsibilities
- Define, analyze, and track supply-chain metrics; provide recommendations and insights based on trends, patterns, and gaps to improve key metrics.
- Extract data through SQL, develop reports and queries from databases (Microsoft SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Access, Cognos), and summarize insights to assist decision-making at all levels within Supply Chain.
- Apply expertise in data mining, quantitative analysis, and data visualization to tell compelling stories behind the numbers.
- Build and maintain data warehouses, data views, reports, and dashboards using relational databases and data warehouses.
- Help Supply Chain arrive at business decisions by providing efficient data visualizations and simplifying complex insights.
- Understand different roles within Supply Chain and innovate to automate data needs for these roles.
- Partner with business teams to gather, document, and maintain business and system requirements that inform data modeling decisions.
- Research and root-cause issues that arise; validate and perform end-to-end testing of all work prior to client deployment.
- Partner with IT on data requirements needed to support the build of data models.
- Understand data engineering and ETL mechanisms to transfer data between databases or data warehouses.
- Work with data scientists to interpret results from statistical algorithms and apply them toward Supply Chain KPI improvement.
- Coordinate data feeds and updates; support other identified supply chain/logistics projects.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree in Business or a related field (e.g., business, finance, math, economics).
- 2–4 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
- Basic understanding of transportation, warehousing, supply-chain execution software, and third-party logistics.
- Experience with analytic software applications (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Access, Cognos).
- Experience developing visuals and dashboards/scorecards using Power BI.
