Analyst, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A
About the role
We're looking for an Analyst, Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A to be a foundational member of our new Strategic Finance & Corporate FP&A team.
Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling: Contribute to the development and maintenance of our core financial models and cash flow forecasts.
- Strategic Projects: Provide valuable analysis and support on high-impact projects, from capital markets initiatives to fundraising strategies, working directly with the CFO and other leaders.
- Reporting: Assist in the creation of comprehensive reports and narratives for our executives and Board of Directors, including monthly, quarterly, and annual planning documents.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the company, including FP&A and Accounting, to ensure seamless reporting and analysis.
- KPIs: Help track and refine our key performance indicators, reporting on our progress toward strategic goals.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity/VC, and/or management consulting.
Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting with a strong attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with various teams and clearly present financial information.
A proven ability to analyze financial data, identify key trends, and support strategic recommendations.
A high degree of enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $83,000 to $110,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
