Position Summary
As a key member of the BNI Finance team, the Analyst, Strategic Finance provides analysis and reporting to assist in managing the P&L, forecast, and performance metrics for BNI’s business and market leaders. The individual will understand drivers of the business, and provide leadership with accurate, timely, and relevant information.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensuring financials are accurately projected
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations
- Preparing revenue forecast / outlook
- Assisting in cost planning, cost reporting, and budgeting from start to finish
- Collaborating with a wide variety of business partners, including international market leaders
- Completing ad hoc requests and perform other duties as needed in a timely manner
- Providing support / transparency to market leaders on customer acquisition and retention (among other revenue drivers)
- Playing flexible role within Finance team as reporting needs and initiatives evolve

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or 1-3 years of finance-related experience (experience in professional services environment a plus)
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in Word
- Strong problem solving / analytical skills and sound judgment
- Proactive / resourceful mindset
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to effectively multi-task, prioritize, and perform within a fast-paced, demanding environment
