Analyst, Sr Lead

Job Duties/Responsibilities

• Assigns projects to junior analysts based on skill set and expertise.
• Defines protocols and requirements for data quality control and ensures adherence to requirements.
• Provides industry expertise and applies best practices to project work based on experience.
• Interacts with leadership throughout the organization to understand issues requiring analysis.
• Mentors junior analysts in project management, goal setting, and other related areas.
• Stays abreast of regulatory or political changes that may impact Entergy policy decision making.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum education required of the position: Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum experience required of the position: At least 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required of the position: Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
