About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst, SEC Reporting professional to support our financial reporting processes and deliver timely, accurate, and transparent financial information to operational and corporate stakeholders, as well as shareholders. The ideal candidate has experience in financial reporting, enjoys analyzing financial data, demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft sections of the 10-K, 10-Q, and other SEC filings, including financial statements, financial statement footnotes, and MD&A, in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Collaborate with other functional groups to obtain necessary information for drafting footnotes and disclosures in SEC filings.
- Assist in coordinating with the Company’s external auditors.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses and research of accounting literature, including implementing new FASB accounting pronouncements and SEC regulations.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of periodic financial reports, monthly management reports, and ad hoc reports for internal purposes and debt compliance.
- Assist with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance for all financial reporting controls.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or financial reporting.
- Ability to produce high-quality work as part of a fast-paced, dynamic team.
- Experience with GAAP and SEC-related research and application of pronouncements and regulations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- CPA license or candidate strongly preferred.
Work Environment
- Hybrid work schedule (3-4 days minimum per week required in office).
- Standard office environment that may be busy and noisy at times.
- Long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers.
- May entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally (up to 20 pounds), as well as reaching, stooping, standing, and walking.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $57,862.50 - $100,295.00, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
