Analyst, Sales Operations

Responsibilities

• Owes lead data health in Salesforce (deduplication, enrichment, data integrity, CRM hygiene).
• Built and maintained reporting on lead quality, sales follow-up, and lead management effectiveness.
• Translated complex data into actionable recommendations for lead performance, sales efficiency, and strategic decisions.
• Made measurements of lead management initiative effectiveness and recommended optimizations.
• Partnered with stakeholders to improve lead identification, prioritization, and workflow.
• Leveraged Salesforce, SQL, and automation tools to streamline lead management processes.
• Integrated AI-powered tools and automation workflows to reduce manual data work and improve scalability.
• Applied statistical modeling, segmentation analysis, and predictive analytics to identify trends in lead behavior and pipeline health.
• Leveraged AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to accelerate data analysis and automate insight generation.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Lead Management, or similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience in Salesforce (reports and dashboards).
• Strong proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hands-on experience with data science techniques (predictive modeling, clustering, regression analysis, feature engineering).
• Skilled at data wrangling and cleansing.
• Active user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar LLMs).
• Experience with BI/data visualization platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.).
